Munger, Tolles & Olson litigators Brad D. Brian and James C. Rutten published a review of a treatise about business and commercial litigation in the Daily Journal on Oct. 6, 2017.
In their review of Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts (4th ed. 2016), edited by Robert L. Haig, the attorneys highlight the treatise’s content on substantive areas of the law, including antitrust, patent and products liability, as well as litigation procedure and effective advocacy. The authors also underscore the treatise’s insights on the business of law and training new lawyers.
“More than a treatise on the law, this is the definitive guide to being a successful commercial litigator,” they write. “This work belongs on the bookshelf of every commercial litigator.”
