Munger, Tolles & Olson attorney Anjan Choudhury was named “Mentor of the Year” by the South Asian Bar Association of Southern California (SABA-SC) at a reception held on Oct. 18, 2017.
Mr. Choudhury was recognized for his longstanding commitment to serving as a mentor to legal professionals within the South Asian community. He is a member of the Steering Committee for the Board of Directors and past president of SABA-SC as well as a past member of the Board of Directors of the South Asian Bar Association Public Interest Foundation.
SABA-SC, one of the largest and oldest South Asian bar organizations in the country, is dedicated to the advancement and development of South Asian attorneys and focuses on legal issues affecting the South Asian community.
Mr. Choudhury practices in a wide variety of matters involving civil, administrative and appellate litigation, focusing primarily on matters for clients in the entertainment industry. In addition to his involvement in the South Asian Bar Association, Mr. Choudhury has served on the Board of Governors for the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Los Angeles County (APABA) and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Fulfillment Fund Leadership Council’s Board of Directors.
