Munger, Tolles & Olson attorney Miriam Kim was sworn in as president-elect of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area (AABA) on March 18, 2016. She also was awarded the title “Mentor of the Year.”
Previously, Ms. Kim served as treasurer and secretary of AABA and president of the AABA Law Foundation.
Celebrating its 40th anniversary, AABA is one of the largest local Asian American bar associations in the nation and is one of the largest minority bar associations in California. AABA members are lawyers, judges, law students and others representing the entire spectrum of political, social and legal concerns.
Ms. Kim is a litigator in the San Francisco office of Munger Tolles. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, intellectual property matters and internal investigations for high technology companies, particularly in the semiconductor and software industries.
