Munger, Tolles & Olson attorneys Malcolm A. Heinicke and Carolyn Hoecker Luedtke discussed trade secret litigation at a CLE program on May 13, 2016 hosted by Bridgeport Continuing Education.
The attorneys’ presentation focused on key strategies in prosecuting and defending trade secret cases, in which they provided guidance on drafting an effective complaint and preparing a successful summary judgment motion and defense.
Mr. Heinicke focuses his practice on employment and complex commercial litigation, particularly in class and collective actions, as well as trade secret and employee mobility matters.
Ms. Luedtke focuses on complex business litigation, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property matters. She has significant experience in trade secret matters, both in situations involving employee mobility and in cases involving allegations of trade secret theft.
