Munger, Tolles & Olson attorney Donald B. Verrilli, Jr. addressed the future of administrative law at conference hosted by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division on Nov. 4, 2016.
Mr. Verrilli spoke on a panel alongside academics from Harvard Law School and George Washington University Law School at the DOJ’s “Future of Environmental Law” conference. The program also featured discussions about natural resources law and environmental enforcement law.
Mr. Verrilli is the founder of Munger Tolles’ Washington, D.C., office whose practice focuses on representing and counseling clients on multi-dimensional problems, where litigation, regulation and public policy intersect to shape markets and industries in our evolving economy. One of the nation’s premier Supreme Court and appellate advocates, Mr. Verrilli served as Solicitor General of the United States from June 2011 to June 2016.
