Munger, Tolles & Olson attorney Donald B. Verrilli, Jr. addressed recent developments at the U.S. Supreme Court at the 35th Institute for Corporate Counsel hosted by the USC Gould School of Law on Dec. 7, 2016.
Mr. Verrilli, the 46th U.S. Solicitor General, spoke on a panel with 44th U.S. Solicitor General Gregory G. Garre about how Supreme Court Justices approach topical legal issues and the effects of such developments on corporate clients.
