David Fry Discusses Court Secrecy At Class Action Symposium

Munger, Tolles & Olson attorney David H. Fry spoke at the Class Action Symposium hosted by the Federal Bar Association, Northern District of California Chapter on Dec. 7, 2016.

Mr. Fry spoke on a panel titled “The Court Secrecy Debate: Corporate Privacy v. The Public’s Right to Know.” The discussion was centered around protective orders, sealing court records and confidential settlements, as they relate to class actions.

Mr. Fry’s practice focuses on securities litigation. He has represented issuers, officers and directors, underwriters, financial advisors and law firms in securities fraud and corporate governance class actions in both federal and state courts, as well as in securities arbitrations and governmental investigations.
