Munger, Tolles & Olson attorney Seth Goldman addressed strategies for evaluating the financial health of an entity at a Practising Law Institute seminar titled “Pocket MBA Summer 2015: Finance for Lawyers and Other Professionals” on May 7-8, 2015. Mr. Goldman spoke on a panel that discussed the elements of financial distress, the restructuring process and alternatives, and looked at a case study involving a company in distress.
The two-day course provided non-accounting professionals the opportunity to learn practical financial and accounting information.
Mr. Goldman is a bankruptcy lawyer in the firm’s Los Angeles office. His practice includes representing debtors, creditors and investors in corporate restructurings and litigation.
