Munger, Tolles & Olson was again ranked on The American Lawyer’s A-List, described by the publication as “the best of the best in the already exclusive world of Am Law 200 law firms.” Munger Tolles was named No. 4 on the 2015 A-List, which was published in the magazine’s August issue.
The American Lawyer describes the 20 law firms on the list as “best in show, excelling…in four separate categories integral to a well-rounded, successful brand.” The metrics include revenue per lawyer, pro bono, associate satisfaction and diversity. Munger Tolles received the highest diversity score among the ranked firms.
Jay M. Fujitani, who co-chairs the firm’s diversity committee, spoke with The American Lawyer about the firm’s focus on integrating diversity into its committee-based culture.
“We’re using the way we’re governed to help promote diversity,” Mr. Fujitani said.
Munger Tolles has been consistently ranked on The American Lawyer’s A-List since 2004.
