Munger, Tolles & Olson attorney Malcolm A. Heinicke spoke at the Complex Courts Symposium hosted by the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) and the Business Trial Lawyers Association on Nov. 12, 2015.
Mr. Heinicke moderated a panel discussion about the current state of the complex courts featuring Contra Costa County Superior Court Judge Barry Goode and Los Angeles County Superior Court Judges Emilie H. Elias and William F. Highberger. The session also addressed legal developments in the complex courts, including the impact of the latest changes in complex funding and the effect of recent personal jurisdiction and arbitration decisions on complex court litigation.
Mr. Heinicke’s practice focuses on employment and complex commercial litigation, particularly in California, as well as national class and collective actions and employee mobility matters. He serves on the BASF board of directors.
