Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP attorneys Rosemarie T. Ring and Jonathan H. Blavin will speak on recent developments in privacy and data security law at the 26th Annual All Hands Meeting on Nov. 7, 2014. Among other topics, they will address class action litigation involving the Video Privacy Protection Act and email “scanning” practices, Big Data and the Internet of Things, and the impact of data breach and class action settlements on insurance providers.
