Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP’s Jonathan H. Blavin was chosen for the National Law Journal’s inaugural list of “50 Intellectual Property Trailblazers & Pioneers.” The list, published Oct. 27, 2014, celebrates the achievements of those who are helping to innovate the field.
Mr. Blavin’s profile highlights his experience guiding technology companies through novel legal challenges. “As technology dramatically evolves, the law has to play catch-up” with the intersection of IP, data security and privacy, he said.
Mr. Blavin’s practice focuses on high-technology intellectual property disputes and Internet and privacy-related litigation. He is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.
