Susan S. Har is a litigator in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Har clerked for Judge A. Wallace Tashima of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Cormac J. Carney of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for Judge Marsha S. Berzon of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Har earned her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law, where she was a teaching assistant for legal research & writing and written & oral advocacy.

Before attending law school, Ms. Har was a Fulbright Fellow in South Korea. She earned her B.A. with honors in literature and legal studies from Claremont McKenna College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
