Lev E. Breydo is an attorney in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson. His practice focuses on financial restructuring and bankruptcy.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Breydo was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where his practice focused on bankruptcy and restructuring – with a particular emphasis on sovereign and municipal matters – as well as regulatory advisory with respect to derivatives and financial institutions.  

Mr. Breydo is a 2015 graduate of the Francis J. & Wm. Polk Carey three-year JD/MBA Program at the University of Pennsylvania. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as an articles editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, and his M.B.A. in finance, from The Wharton School. Mr. Breydo received his B.A., cum laude, in economics and international & global studies, from Brandeis University in 2009.

Mr. Breydo is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is also fluent in Russian.
