Harry Hoke (he/him) is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Harry was a summer associate at MTO and the Los Angeles office of another large law firm. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was an articles editor on the Harvard Law Review and earned Dean’s Scholar Prizes in Copyright Law and the Cyberlaw Clinic. During law school, Harry worked as student attorney at the Harvard Cyberlaw Clinic and as a legal intern for the ACLU of Southern California’s First Amendment and Democracy Project. He also served as the Oversight Director and as a Team Leader for the Harvard Recording Artists Project, which provides pro bono legal services to musicians in the Boston area.

Prior to attending law school, he graduated from Tufts University with an M.A. in theatre and performance studies and the University of Richmond, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in theatre and political science.
