David Walchak is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Mr. Walchak earned his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he served as senior editor of the Yale Law & Policy Review. During law school Mr. Walchak was a student fellow in the Information Society Project and a member of the Ethics Bureau Clinic, where he drafted amicus briefs in professional responsibility cases. He received a B.A., magna cum laude, in philosophy from Amherst College, where he was co-president of the Amherst Debate Society.
