Alberto J. De Diego-Habel

Alberto De Diego-Habel is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. De Diego-Habel clerked for the Honorable Vince G. Chhabria of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and the Honorable Diane P. Wood of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Mr. De Diego-Habel earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. In law school, he served as an associate editor of the UCLA Law Review, articles editor of the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs, and vice president of external competitions on the Moot Court Honors Board. He placed first in the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology Student Writing Competition, as well as briefed and argued before the Ninth Circuit and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeals as a student attorney.

Mr. De Diego-Habel graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in theater and worked in the entertainment industry before attending law school.
