Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller The Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller oversees and manages the daily operations of a 12 person Accounting department. The Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting, inclusive of developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
Billing Manager The Billing Manager is responsible for overseeing the centralized electronic billing process workflow, maintenance of electronic billing platforms and filing systems, and ensure special billing arrangements are carried out.
Business Development Specialist The Business Development Specialist plays a critical role in achieving the Firm’s business development goals and initiatives. The Business Development Specialist develops and implements ideas for business development for the Firm.
Chief Financial Officer The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has overall responsibility for managing the Firm’s financial affairs in order to maximize the Firm’s financial performance in relationship to its strategic and operational objectives. This executive manages the Accounting and Finance Department’s operations, actively participates in the firm’s strategic and operational planning, develops and implements operational and financial programs (revenue enhancements, cost containment and profitability improvements), analyzes business opportunities and identifies opportunities to enhance the business and operational infrastructure.
Compliance Manager The Compliance Manager manages the Firm’s compliance with client requirements and ensures the Firm’s vendors provide services in adherence with these requirements. The Compliance Manager partners with attorneys and other departments (business process owners) to implement and enhance compliance procedures, and prepares compliance reports for attorneys and senior management.
Conflicts Analyst The Conflicts Analyst generates, analyzes, interprets and acts upon conflicts reports related to new client business and incoming attorneys/staff. The Conflicts Analyst also assists with the ongoing training of secretaries and other administrative staff regarding Conflicts and Risk Management related initiatives.
Diversity & Inclusion Director The Diversity & Inclusion Director is part of the diversity leadership for the Firm. The Director provides strategic advice to the Firm on diversity-related issues and is committed to furthering the Firm’s objective of building and maintaining a preeminent and inclusive Firm.
