Munger, Tolles & Olson Recognized for Landmark Immigration Rights Work in Los Angeles
On January 27, Los Angeles County Board Chair and First District Supervisor Hilda L. Solis honored the plaintiffs and legal teams behind Vasquez Perdomo et al. v. Noem et al., a landmark civil rights lawsuit challenging the federal government’s unconstitutional immigration enforcement tactics that began in Los Angeles in June 2025.

MTO Secures Favorable Ruling for City of Norfolk in Fourth Amendment Challenge
Munger, Tolles & Olson, partnering with the Norfolk City Attorney’s Office, achieved a significant victory on behalf of the City of Norfolk in Schmidt v. City of Norfolk, a lawsuit challenging the City’s use of an automated license plate reader (“ALPR”) system licensed by Flock Safety.
