Munger, Tolles & Olson secured a preliminary injunction on behalf of the National Endowment for Democracy (the “Endowment”), prohibiting the federal government from withholding the Endowment’s congressionally appropriated funding.

In a ruling issued on June 27, 2025, United States District Judge Loren AliKhan declared the Executive Order targeting Susman Godfrey unconstitutional and permanently enjoined its enforcement in full.
