Real Estate

Munger, Tolles & Olson attorneys represent clients in a broad spectrum of real estate related matters, including complex acquisitions, financings and debt restructurings, leases, land use issues, environmental matters, joint ventures and development projects and more. Attorneys at the firm literally helped to build Los Angeles, working on deals that revitalized the downtown area, in addition to working on deals throughout the country. These representations have included work for government agencies, joint development agencies and private companies.

The Munger Tolles real estate team is comprised of a dynamic group of attorneys that provides clients with the value and responsiveness generally associated with a real estate boutique. The group’s many clients include MPG Office Trust, The Irvine Company, The Yucaipa Companies, Oaktree Capital Management, Shell Oil, Tishman Speyer, the County of Los Angeles and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
