Dan Levin, Mike Doyen Speak on BP Oil Spill Litigation at Stanford
Munger, Tolles & Olson attorneys Daniel B. Levin and Michael R. Doyen spoke at The Stanford Journal of Complex Litigation’s Second Annual Symposium titled, “A Complicated Cleanup: The BP Oil Spill Litigation.”
The symposium − held at Stanford Law School on May 8-9, 2014 − examined complex litigation using the 2010 BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico as a case study. Mr. Levin and Mr. Doyen spoke on a panel titled, “Ethics and Innovation in Mass Actions; Litigating the Oil Spill.”
Munger Tolles represents Transocean in litigation arising from the event. Mr. Levin and Mr. Doyen are on the team defending the drilling company.
