Munger Tolles litigator Jonathan H. Blavin was featured in a March 12 presentation titled “Recent Legal Issues in Social and Online Gaming.” The Berkeley Center for Law & Technology and the Berkeley Technology Law Journal co-sponsored the event.

Mr. Blavin discussed recent legal issues involving cloning, piracy, and cheating and hacking in social and online gaming. 

Mr. Blavin has substantial experience in high-technology intellectual property disputes and Internet and privacy-related litigation.
