Protecting Design Under Trademark Law

Munger Tolles litigator Jonathan H. Blavin will be featured in an April 26 presentation titled “The Protection of Design Under Trademark Law - Enforcement of Non-Traditional Trademarks and Trade Dress.” Munger Tolles and the San Francisco Intellectual Property Law Association are co-sponsoring the event, which will take place in the San Francisco office of Munger Tolles.

Mr. Blavin will provide an overview of design protection under trademark law, recent high-profile cases and trends for the future.

Mr. Blavin’s practice focuses on high-technology intellectual property disputes and Internet and privacy-related litigation. He has substantial experience in high-technology intellectual property disputes, including claims brought under the Copyright and Digital Millennium Copyright Acts, the Lanham Act and state trademark statutes and trade secret laws.
