On Nov. 1, Seth Goldman and Bradley R. Schneider will discuss avoidance action issues at the Financial Lawyers Conference in Los Angeles.
They will participate in a panel titled “Unavoidable Consequences: Recent Developments In Avoidance Actions Affecting Equity Interests.”
Mr. Goldman and Mr. Schneider will discuss a number of recent cases which have involved the effect of avoidance actions on the rights and liabilities of holders of equity interests, including shareholders, parent companies and law firm partners.
