On July 11, Munger, Tolles & Olson will host a privacy and data security event in our San Francisco office. In-house counsel from leading Bay Area technology companies will speak at the seminar titled “Recent Legal Issues Involving User Privacy and Data Security.”
Jonathan H. Blavin chairs the Intellectual Property and Internet Law Section of the Barristers Club, which is sponsoring the event. The 3,200 members of the Barristers Club are members of the Bar Association of San Francisco who are in their first 10 years of law practice.
The program begins at 5:30 p.m. and 1 hour of MCLE credit is available.
Mr. Blavin is a partner in the firm’s San Francisco office. His practice focuses on high-technology intellectual property disputes and Internet and privacy-related litigation. He has litigated federal antitrust actions, consumer class actions in the wireless and telecommunications areas and constitutional matters.
