Legal Careers in Intellectual Property Law

Munger Tolles partner Jonathan H. Blavin will participate in a Nov. 12 career panel and networking dinner hosted by the Stanford Intellectual Property Association (SIPA) at Stanford Law School.

Mr. Blavin will be among attorneys from Google, Twitter and multiple Bay Area firms who will discuss their career paths for students who are interested in IP careers.

SIPA’s mission is to enhance Stanford Law School’s reputation as a premier intellectual property university by improving awareness of intellectual property opportunities, promoting inventor advocacy and encouraging intellectual property research.

Mr. Blavin has substantial experience in high-technology intellectual property disputes, including claims brought under the Copyright and Digital Millennium Copyright Acts, the Lanham Act and state trademark statutes and trade secret laws.
