The Daily Journal named Carolyn H. Luedtke as one of the top 20 California attorneys under the age of 40.
Ms. Luedtke was selected for her continued work in the social gaming world. Ms. Luedtke’s extensive work includes representing social game developers Playdom, Green Patch and Votsu in their recent high profile litigation against Brazilian gaming giant Zynga.
She also was recognized for her representation of the Motion Picture Association of America in its litigation against Zediva, an unlicensed video-on-demand services that transmitted copyrighted motion pictures to its customers through the Internet. Ms. Luedtke successful secured a preliminary injunction against Zediva and the court later found that Zediva violated the studios exclusive right to publicly perform their works under the Copyright Act.
Ms. Luedtke is a litigation partner in the San Francisco office of Munger, Tolles & Olson. Her practice focuses on complex business litigation, with a particular expertise in intellectual property, breach of contract, trade secret and employee mobility disputes.
