Larry Hagman, who played J.R. Ewing on the hit TV show “Dallas,” recently announced that he has abandoned his challenge to the Feb. 9 vacatur of an $11.5 million FINRA arbitration award against Citigroup. The order secured by Munger, Tolles & Olson set aside the arbitral award on the grounds that one of the arbitrators did not disclose a conflict prior to his adjudicating the matter. The parties have since entered a confidential settlement. The Munger Tolles lawyers representing Citigroup include partners Tammy Godley, Paul Watford, Cary Lerman and Marc Dworsky.
