Munger, Tolles & Olson’s Jonathan Blavin was a featured speaker at the July 21 workshop, CYA Your Startup, in San Francisco. He discussed various IP litigation threats that startups in the technology world could encounter.
The clinic featured six stations offering advice and lessons learned on legal, tax and accounting issues for technology startups. Additional topics included business basics and trademark issues. The seminar was hosted by Black Founders Startup Ventures (BFSV), which connects black entrepreneurs and technology startup professionals in Silicon Valley.
Mr. Blavin is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Munger Tolles. He has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and is Vice Chair of the San Francisco Barristers Intellectual Property and Internet Law Section.
