Munger Tolles Lawyers Advise in Blockbuster Merger between William Morris Agency and The Endeavor Agency

Munger, Tolles & Olson corporate lawyers guided the William Morris Agency throughout its merger with The Endeavor Agency. Corporate partner Brett Rodda, tax partner Stephen Rose, corporate associates Katharine Hall, Daniel Elizondo and William Cano, and tax associate Patrick Anderson all contributed to this deal.

The William Morris Agency, founded in 1898, represents artists in many areas, including theater, film, book publishing, music and television. Endeavor, established in 1995, represents television and movie producers, literary talent, and makers of online content. The new entity, William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, intends to leverage the strengths of both companies. Munger Tolles teamed with Craig Jacobson of the Hansen Jacobson entertainment boutique in the representation of William Morris.
