Munger, Tolles & Olson is pleased to announce that Malcolm Heinicke, a litigation partner in the firm’s San Francisco office, has been appointed to serve on the governing board of the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency. The seven-member board, selected by the Mayor and approved by the Board of Supervisors, oversees the city’s public transit, parking enforcement and traffic control operations.
Mr. Heinicke is “thrilled for the opportunity to work on transit issues, which are so important to San Franciscans and those who visit our beloved city. I am grateful to Mayor Newsom for the opportunity to serve, and I am also grateful to MTO for its continued and unwavering support of my governmental work.”
Mr. Heinicke specializes in labor and employment litigation as well as complex commercial litigation.
