PATRICK ANDERSON is a tax associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP. His practice focuses on the tax aspects of corporate and partnership transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, tax-free spin-offs, workouts, and debt offerings. Mr. Anderson's practice also includes the representation of tax-exempt organizations with respect to formation and operational issues.
