William B. Sullivan is a litigator in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.  His practice is focused on civil commercial litigation, as well as white collar criminal law and investigations. Recent representations include:

  • Tessera in patent infringement litigation involving Tessera’s semiconductor packaging technology against several packagers and manufacturers of semiconductor products.
  • A global healthcare company in a contract dispute in which an arbitration panel found in favor of our client with respect to all claims asserted against it.

In his pro bono practice, Mr. Sullivan also obtained asylum status and a path to permanent citizenship for a transgendered client.

A former journalist, Mr. Sullivan has written articles for U.S. News & World Report, the Financial Times Magazine, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, and Philadelphia Magazine.
