Guha Krishnamurthi is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson. He joined the firm in 2014. Prior to joining Munger Tolles, Mr. Krishnamurthi was a litigation associate at a nationally-known Southern California litigation boutique. Mr. Krishnamurthi practices in a wide variety of matters involving complex civil litigation, copyright, patent, antitrust, and white-collar crime, at both the trial and appellate levels.
Before joining the practice, Mr. Krishnamurthi served as a law clerk to the Honorable Diane P. Wood on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr. Krishnamurthi earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law with high honors, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Krishnamurthi was the book review editor for the Texas Law Review and a manuscript editor for the American Journal of Criminal Law. He received his M.A. in philosophy from the University of Texas and his M.S. in mathematics from the University of Michigan. Prior to his graduate studies, Mr. Krishnamurthi completed his B.S. in mathematics with high distinction at the University of Michigan.
