Applications Engineer The Applications Engineer is responsible for supporting and managing all core desktop applications of the firm; help ensure the firm’s network and applications are operational and efficient for personnel in all offices.
Benefits & HRIS Manager Responsible for directing and planning the strategic direction of the benefit programs and overseeing day-to-day operations of group benefit programs and Human Resource Information System. Provide excellent customer service and quality benefit plans by investigating new benefit programs, improving existing programs, and supervising and monitoring benefit administration.
Controller The firm’s Los Angeles office is seeking a highly motivated Controller with a strong accounting, process and operations finance background to add to the firm’s accounting and finance team. The right individual must be a detail-oriented, team player who is accustomed to working with ambiguity while still executing at the highest level. The Controller must be process oriented, with experience reviewing, reengineering and implementing new processes and procedures.
Information Security Engineer -- Audits The Information Security (InfoSec) Engineer will assist the firm by preparing for and responding to client security assessments and audits. They will also conduct on-site and on-line security assessments of our vendors and other third-parties to ensure these entities follow client security requirements and industry best-practices.
Law Librarian (a director-level position) The Law Librarian oversees information services (competitive intelligence and legal reference, research and analysis, library intranet pages), department operations (development and execution of the library budget, contract negotiation and analysis, space planning) and staff supervision (hiring, development, evaluation of three staff members).
Litigation Analyst Seeking litigation analysts to work closely with firm attorneys, clients, staff attorneys, legal specialists, paralegals, litigation interns, case clerks and others to service cases and projects.
Practice Development Intern/Extern Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP seeks a full-time intern/extern with the firm’s Practice Development Department. Responsible for all aspects of the firms external communications, the group operates in a fast-paced, lively environment and prides itself on superior customer service and impeccable work product. The intern/extern position reports directly to the department’s director.
